  • How do I apply velmere to my eyewear?
    Carefully remove the Velmere from sheet and align the straight side of the Velmere along the edge of the frame. Fold any excess material over the frame. See our Product Guide page for more tips and helpful videos.

  • How long do the Velmere last?

    It varies per individual. There are many factors that affect the lifespan. Here are a few things to consider: How long are you wearing your glasses? Do you have oily skin? What type of climate are you in? Do you wear makeup? Do you powder your nose throughout the day? It is recommended to replace your Velmere every 3-4 weeks if worn for 6+ hours daily.

  • Which size Velmere do I use?

    Each pack comes with three different sizes. Carefully peel one Velmere off the sheet, and hold it right above the nose pad area. Do not place it on your glasses. By doing this, you can see which size fits best. If the Velmere is too small/big, place it back on the sheet and choose the another size.

  • I accidentally placed the wrong size Velmere on my glasses. Can I peel off the Velmere once it’s already placed on my glasses?

    Yes, you can peel it off and place it back on the sheet. Please note that by doing this more than once can disturb the adhesive.

  • I need to reposition the Velmere that is already placed on my glasses. Can I peel it off and stick it back on?

    Yes, you can! Please note that by doing this more than once can disturb the adhesive.

  • Can I use more than one Velmere on my glasses?

    Yes, you can you as many as you need to prevent makeup smudging. You can also use different shapes to help cover as much area that comes in contact with the skin.

  • How do I remove the adhesive residue?

    We recommend using warm, soapy water.

  • Can I clean the Velmere?

    No, they can not be cleaned. Cleaning them could compromise the adhesive.

  • What can I do to help my velmere last longer?
    Lightly dust loose setting powder over the Velmere to increase the longevity of the product. Skin type and environmental factors can affect product life.

  • What is your return and exchange policy?
    Due to the nature of our products and sanitary reasons, ONAA Collective does not accept returns/exchanges. We have a strict hygiene standard and it is critical that we implement this policy to maintain the quality of our products.   • What if my order was not delivered or is stolen?

    ONAA Collective is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, you have the option of filing a claim through USPS or with your local police department.
